Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On February 22, 2018, Adams Resources & Energy, Inc., a Delaware corporation, issued a press release announcing a cash dividend of $0.22 per common share payable on March 23, 2018 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 9, 2018. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference. The information set forth in this Item 7.01 is deemed to be furnished and shall not be deemed to be “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
