Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

J. Chris Boswell, President and Chief Executive Officer of Eco-Stim Energy Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”), intends to present at Enercom’s Oil and Gas Conference to be held on February 21 and 22, 2018 at the Tower Club in Dallas, Texas. The Company’s presentation is scheduled for 3:35 PM CT on February 21, 2018. The Company presentation will be webcast and available on the Company’s web site. The slide presentation to be used by management at the conference is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
