On February 16, 2018, NorthWest Indiana Bancorp (the “Bancorp”) issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.29 per share on the Bancorp’s common stock payable on April 6, 2018 to shareholders of record on March 30, 2018. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
