On February 16, 2018, Heritage NOLA Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), the holding company for Heritage Bank of St. Tammany (the “Bank”), announced the financial results of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2017. The earnings release containing the financial results is included as Exhibit 99.1 and shall not be deemed “filed” for any purpose.
