Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 13, 2018, Myovant Sciences Ltd. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three and nine months ended December 31, 2017. A copy of this press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
