On February 13, 2018, FS Investment Corporation announced that it will host a conference call at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) on Friday, March 2, 2018, to discuss its fourth quarter and full year 2017 results. A copy of the press release announcing the conference call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
