As previously indicated in our Current Report filed on January 24, 2018, our board approved an amendment to our Articles of Incorporation to change our name from Praco Corporation to "Arista Financial Corp.", effective January 18, 2018.  We filed a Certificate of Amendment to our Articles of Incorporation with the Nevada Secretary of State reflecting the above action and notified the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority ("FINRA"). On February 8, 2018, FINRA notified us that it had approved the name change and announced on their daily list for that day that our new ticker symbol will be “ARST,” effective February 9, 2018.
