Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Effective March 5, 2018, Marie-Dominique Ortiz-Landazabal will be transitioning from her role as Vice President-Accounting and Financial Control and Chief Accounting Officer of UGI Corporation (the "Company") to serve as Vice President-Finance and Chief Financial Officer of UGI International, LLC, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. The Company will begin a search for Ms. Ortiz-Landazabal’s successor immediately.
