On February 8, 2018, EMC Insurance Group Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release reporting its earnings for the fourth quarter and twelve months ended December 31, 2017, and announcing non-GAAP operating income guidance for 2018. A teleconference was conducted in conjunction with the press release. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.
