On February 8, 2018, the
Company issued a press release announcing (a) that Celsius commenced distribution of the Company’s product line in
Norway through its Nordic distribution partner, Func Food and (b) the planned introduction in March 2018 of a
new product to the Finnish and Swedish markets.
A copy of the Company’s press release dated February 8, 2018 is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
