On February 7, 2018, Valvoline Inc. (“Valvoline”) issued a news release ("News Release") announcing its financial results for the first quarter ended December 31, 2017. A copy of Valvoline's News Release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K (“Form 8-K”) as Exhibit 99.1, which is incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02.
