On February 7, 2018, Performance Food Group Company (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the results of the Company’s operations for the fiscal quarter ended December 30, 2017. The full text of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference in this Item 2.02.
