Item 8.01. Other Events.
On February 6, 2018, Midland States Bancorp, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per share of its common stock. The dividend is payable on or about February 23, 2018 to shareholders of record on February 16, 2018. A copy of the press release announcing the dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
