(b) On February 1, 2018, Craft Brew Alliance, Inc. (the "Company"), and John Glick, Vice President, Emerging Business, of the Company, agreed that Mr. Glick will leave the Company effective April 6, 2018, to pursue other business opportunities due to recent changes in the Company's emerging business priorities. Mr. Glick has held various senior roles with the Company since 2011.
