On February 5, 2018, EyeGate Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing top line results from a Phase 2b study of its EGP-437 combination product for pain and inflammation in patients having undergone cataract surgery.
The press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 and investors should read the press release in its entirety, including the cautionary statement regarding forward looking statements therein.
