On February 1, 2018, Sensata Technologies Holding N.V. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2017. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
The Company will conduct a conference call on February 1, 2018 at 8:00 AM eastern time to discuss its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2017 and its outlook for the first quarter and full year 2018.
