On January 31, 2018, Symantec Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing financial results for the third quarter ended December 29, 2017. The Company also posted to its website supplemental financial information. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.01 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
