ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS.
On January 30, 2018, La Jolla Pharmaceutical Company established a wholesale acquisition cost of $1,500 per vial for a 1 mL, single-dose, 2.5 mg/mL vial of GIAPREZATM (angiotensin II).
