Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On January 30, 2018, the Board of Directors of Alexander & Baldwin, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Clayton K.Y. Chun as the Company’s Chief Accounting Officer, Controller (Principal Accounting Officer), effective as of February 1, 2018. Mr. Chun, age 40, was appointed Controller of the Company as of September 1, 2015. Prior to that appointment, he served as Audit Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche, LLP (2008-2015).
