Item 8.01 – Other Events.
On January 29, 2018, Aradigm Corporation (the “Company”) announced via press release that the Company received a Complete Response Letter from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration regarding its New Drug Application for Linhaliq™ as a treatment for non-cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis patients with chronic lung infections with Pseudomonas aeruginosa. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
