Item 8.01. Other Events.
Messrs. Chaim Chizic and Meir Eini have resigned from their position as non-voting observers to our board of directors on January 24, 2018 and January 28, 2018, respectively, each citing personal reasons for tendering their resignation. The chairman of the board accepted Mr. Chizic’s and Mr. Eini’s resignation on amicable terms and thanked them both for their many years of service.
