Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws: Change in Fiscal Year.
On January 23, 2018, the financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) approved our corporate name change to “Chill N Out Cryotherapy, Inc.” effective January 25, 2018. Our new trading symbol will be CHNO.
