 Item 5.02: Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

Resignation of Richard Robertson as Chief Operating Officer

 

On January 22, 2018, Richard Robertson and the company reached a mutually acceptable agreement to end his employment relationship as Chief Operating Officer of SEER and as President of MV Technologies LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary, effective January 19, 2018. Tom Jones will serve as interim President of MV Technologies LLC, while new candidates for the role are being considered. The company does not expect Mr. Robertson’s departure to have an adverse effect on operations in either the short or long term.
