Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 24, 2018, the registrant's board of directors declared a distribution of $0.07 per membership unit for members of record as of January 24, 2018. The total amount of the distribution was $2,902,643.80. The Company anticipates paying the distribution in February 2018.
