Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 25, 2018, Old National Bancorp (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the Company's Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per share on the Company's outstanding shares of common stock. The dividend is payable March 15, 2018, to shareholders of record on March 1, 2018. For purposes of broker trading, the ex-dividend date of the cash dividend is February 28, 2018.
Attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 is the press release issued by the Company announcing the dividend.
