Explanatory Note
This Form 8-K/A amends the Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Form 8-K”), dated and filed on June 14, 2017, with respect to Morgan Stanley Bank of America Merrill Lynch Trust 2017-C33. The purpose of this amendment is to file an executed version of the agreement filed as Exhibit 4.6 to the Form 8-K. No other changes have been made to the Form 8-K other than the change described above.
