On January 22, 2018, Orgenesis Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the strategic organization regrouping of the Company’s CDMO global manufacturing service offerings. The full text of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
