On January 24, 2018, representatives of Neuralstem, Inc. (the “Company”) presented slides entitled “Treatment of ALS with Neural Stem Cells” at the Cell and Gene Therapy World 2018 at the Hyatt Regency in Miami, Florida. A copy of the presentation is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.01.
