On January 23, 2018, Corindus Vascular Robotics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing preliminary and unaudited revenue results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2017. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
