Other Events. |
On January 23, 2018, Twenty-First Century Fox, Inc. (the “Company”) announced its response to the publication by the Competition and Markets Authority of its Provisional Findings Report regarding the Company’s proposed acquisition of the outstanding shares of Sky plc that the Company does not already own. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
