Item 8.01 Other Events.
 
On January 18, 2018, Network-1 Technologies, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it has agreed to revise, and closed, its previously announced settlement with Juniper Networks, Inc. regarding its patent litigation for infringement of Network-1's Remote Power Patent pending in the United States District.
