In connection with the change of name of our company as previously announced on our Current Report on Form 8-K filed on December 1, 2017, our company applied to change our ticker symbol from "MJPI" to "BIIO". The change of ticker symbol will be effective on the OTC Markets at the opening of trading on Monday, January 22, 2018.
