ONEOK Increases Quarterly Dividend
TULSA, Okla. – Jan. 17, 2018 – The board of directors of ONEOK, Inc. (NYSE: OKE)
today increased ONEOK’s quarterly dividend 2.5 cents per share, or 3 percent compared with its
prior dividend, to 77 cents per share, resulting in an annualized dividend of $3.08 per share. The
dividend is payable Feb. 14, 2018, to shareholders of record at the close of business Jan. 29,
2018.
ONEOK expects approximately 90 to 95 percent of this dividend to be a return of capital.

As previously announced, ONEOK expects annual dividend growth of approximately 9
to 11 percent through 2021.
ONEOK has increased its dividend by 25 percent since the close of the ONEOK and
ONEOK Partners merger transaction in June 2017.
