On January 12, 2018, Shirish R. Lal resigned from Harte Hanks, Inc. (the “Company”), effective on or about January 31, 2018. Mr. Lal has served as the Company’s Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer. The Company does not intend to replace Mr. Lal, and will divide Mr. Lal’s responsibilities among the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Chief Financial Officer.
