On January 16, 2018, Athenex, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company received positive feedback from the United States Food and Drug Administration on the design of the currently ongoing Phase III Clinical Trial for Oraxol. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein in its entirety by reference.
