Item 8.01. Other Events.
On January 17, 2018, VICI Properties Inc. issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has unanimously rejected the unsolicited proposal announced by MGM Growth Properties LLC on January 16, 2018. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
