Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 17, 2018, the Board of Directors of our General Partner declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.678 per common unit attributable to the fourth quarter of 2017. This distribution is payable February 13, 2018, to unitholders of record as of January 31, 2018. A copy of the news release announcing the declaration of our quarterly cash distribution is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
