| Item 2.02 | Results of Operations and Financial Condition. |
On January 16, 2018, Aerohive Networks, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing certain preliminary financial results for the fourth quarter of 2017. In the press release, the Company also announced that it would be holding a conference call on February 8, 2018 to discuss its financial results for the fourth quarter of 2017. A copy of the press release is furnished and attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
