Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

 

On January 9, 2018, shareholders of Tech Town Holdings Inc. (the “Company”), owning an aggregate of 7,000 shares of Series C Preferred Stock and 35,164 shares of common stock, representing in the aggregate 77% of the total voting power of the Company’s shareholders, approved by written consent an amendment to the Company’s articles of incorporation, to change the name of the Company to Hash Labs Inc.

 

The Company intends to file the certificate of amendment with the Secretary of State of Nevada after the Company completes the process of notifying FINRA of the corporate action.
