Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 12, 2018, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its results of operations for the three and nine months ended November 30, 2017 (the third quarter and first nine months of FY2018). A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
