Item 8.01 – Other Events.
Goldman Sachs Middle Market Lending Corp. (the “Company”) has moved the payment date for the Company’s distribution, in the form of a dividend of $0.43 per share, from January 31, 2018 to January 23, 2018. There has been no change to the amount of the distribution nor the December 15, 2017 record date.
