(b) The Board of Directors of Farmers & Merchants Bancorp regrets to announce that one of its Directors, Bruce A. Mettler, has passed away.
Mr. Mettler, Vineyardist, was a resident of Lodi. He was elected a Director in 2010 and recently served as a member of the Asset and Liability Committee, Budget and Finance Committee, CRA Committee and Strategic Planning Committee.
