Introductory Note
This amendment is being filed solely to re-file Exhibit 10.2, the Facility Agreement, dated as of January 5, 2018, by and among Melinta Therapeutics, Inc., the other loan parties thereto, and Cortland Capital Market Services LLC, as Agent, to the Current Report on Form 8-K filed on January 9, 2018, in order to attach the additional Exhibits and Schedules thereto.
