Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On December 31, 2017, the Board of Directors of Alpine 4 Technologies Ltd., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), accepted the resignation of David Schmitt as the Company's new Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Schmitt decided to leave the Company for personal reasons and to spend more time with family. There were no disputes or disagreements with the Company.
The Company's Board of Directors has begun a search for a new Chief Financial Officer, and wishes Mr. Schmitt well in his future endeavors.
