Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Pinnacle Foods Inc.’s (the “Company”) Executive Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer, D. Michael Wittman, informed the Company of his desire to retire and, on December 31, 2017, the Company and Mr. Wittman came to an agreement on the terms and timing of his retirement, whereby Mr. Wittman will retire during the second quarter of 2018.
The Company appointed Mr. Daniel Poland, 54, as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer, effective January 22, 2018, to replace Mr. Wittman. Mr. Wittman will assist the Company in the transition of its new Chief Supply Chain Officer.
Mr. Poland joins the Company from The DanoneWave Food Company where he was the Chief Supply Chain Officer of North America.
