Item 8.01. Other Events.
On January 4, 2017, Foamix Pharmaceuticals Ltd. issued a press release announcing positive results from its Phase 3 open-label safety extension evaluating FMX-101 topical minocycline foam for treatment up to one year. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
