Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On January 3, 2018, OrthoPediatrics Corp. (“the Company”) issued a press release announcing the launch of Titanium PediPlates®, the Company’s 24th surgical system. This titanium implant system expands the Company’s already comprehensive physeal tethering offering. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
