ITEM 5.02 DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR CERTAIN OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF CERTAIN OFFICERS; COMPENSATORY ARRANGEMENT OF CERTAIN OFFICERS
As previously reported, on September 21, 2017, GGP Inc. (the “Company”) announced the appointment of Heath R. Fear as the Company’s Executive Vice President, Finance, effective November 6, 2017.
On December 28, 2017, the Company appointed Mr. Fear as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, effective January 2, 2018, to succeed to Michael B. Berman in that role. To assist in the continued transition of responsibilities, Mr. Berman was appointed as Executive Vice President, Finance, effective January 2, 2018, to serve in such role until he retires.
