Other Events |
On December 29, 2017, Commerce Union Bancshares, Inc., parent company of Reliant Bank, issued a press release announcing the company will change its name to Reliant Bancorp, Inc., effective December 31, 2017. The company’s stock will begin trading under the new ticker symbol “RBNC” on January 2, 2018. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
