Avangrid, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release on December 27, 2017, regarding the completion of its strategic review of its Enstor Gas Storage businesses, including the trading business, and the recent tax reform legislation. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
